Are you having to re-activate your license when you restart SketchUp? If you are then something on your system might be deleting your license file. Please check if your license file is missing:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\PLUGIN_NAME
Based on previous user reports, the most likely software to cause this problem is anti-virus software. It should be possible to adjust your anti-virus settings to prevent it from continuing to delete your license file.
