When you order a trial or purchase a license for our products, you should always receive two emails within 2 minutes or ordering. The first email will be from 'email@example.com' and it will contain a link to your invoice / receipt, your license key if applicable, and a button / link to access your delivery page. The second email will be a plain text email that contains only your license information details (license key, expiry date, etc.)
If you have ordered but did not receive these two emails, please do the following:
- Check your spam / junk or 'promotion' email folders. The email may have been incorrectly flagged as spam or a promotion.
- Wait at least 5 minutes. Sometimes it may take longer than 2 minutes to send your license emails.
- Make sure that you are checking the email account that you used to make the purchase. Also, make sure you white-list all emails from the domain 'mindsightstudios.com' and 'digitalproductdelivery.com' to be sure that you will receive all your product-related emails in the future.
- If you are unable to find your key, click here to have it resent. This will take you to a page where you can fill out a form to retrieve your license information. You should receive the license information immediately after completing the form.
- If paying by e-check, you will only receive your license once your e-check is cleared, which may take several days.
You may have made a typo or mistake when entering your email address at the time of purchase. In that case, you will need to submit a request for us to edit and send you your license information.
