How do I convert my old Mapbox and Nearmap credits to the new PlaceMaker credits?

First, you need to upgrade to version 3.  Then, click the 'Manage Account' link in the main PlaceMaker dialog to open the PlaceMaker portal.

This will open up the PlaceMaker portal in your web browser.  Login using your email and license key.

Once you are logged in, if you have any remaining Mapbox or Nearmap credits, you will see a button in the top-right of the Portal for converting your credits.

Click the 'Convert Credits' button to exchange your old imagery credits to the new PlaceMaker Credits.  When you convert the credits, you will receive an equivalent amount of PlaceMaker credits that will allow you download the same amount of imagery using the new credit system as you would have been able to using the old system (with an active subscription license). 

Please Note:

• If you have a shared license (and shared credits), converting the credits will affect all users of your license.
• If anyone who uses your license is still using V2 or older, they will not be able to import any aerial imagery until they upgrade to V3.
• Aerial imagery import credit costs are subject to change. When you convert your credits, the conversion factor is based on the current aerial imagery costs for an active subscription license holder.
