Hi John - we have seen a similar issue in the past and it was related to monitor resolution.  Can you try setting your monitor resolution to default settings, and then restart SketchUp to see if that solves the problem?  More items should load as you scroll down so make sure you are scrolled to the very bottom of the profile browser window.

    Hi Dale,

Thanks for the response. So This led me to a bandaid solution until maybe you can source the root problem which I believe I found.

I tried changing resolutions 3 times and no change in the 40 items listed.

What did work is on the lowest res (1920x1200)(which I don't think is relevant) - then re-sized the "select profile" window using the upper right corner to resize in both directions and shrinking the window so that it makes the up/down scrollbar appear and then scrolling down will load the full set. I can then widen the window back out and it's still fine after

    but

if I reload a new folder or close/open the window then I can only see the 40 items again until make the scrollbar appear AND scroll down to get it to load the full set. This is repeatable.

Going back to my full res again makes no change but making the scrollbar appear and scrolling down loads the full folder same as the other resolutions.

    The bug:
Maybe it's also worth noting that the initial 40 items seems to be a max value somewhere upon initially loading because if the "select profile" window canvas upon initially opening can hold 40 icons or more then it stops loading more then this and the scrollbar is not visible. It appears it's the scrolling down on the scrollbar that makes it load more then 40 which most people won't notice because their own windows maybe are smaller then holding 40.

Separately, after doing this like 20 times in a row to prep this message caused a GPU driver crash. I haven't had a GPU driver crash in, at least, months. A reboot put it back to normal - (windows (not your bug)) .

Hi John - thank you for this extremely useful report.  I thought we had fixed this issue but it looks like we will need to take another look soon.  We will try to fix it in a future update.  Unfortunately I am unable to provide a timeline for the fix.
