Unable to generate roads, buildings

Hi,

I was trying to generate roads, buildings, etc for my terrain (smaller area as well) but it doesn't work. 
It throws the below error:

Is it because of low credit score?
I was trying to create a tutorial for placemaker on youtube. But this keeps throwing me off. 

It would be great if someone could help. Thanks.

  When checking again, if you have issues please create a support ticket and then provide the geo-located model for internal testing to ensure it is not an area specific issue with a data source. Thanks

  Hi - this could happen if there was a network problem.  Did you try again as suggested?

  Also, it is possible that the OSM data is corrupt and PlaceMaker could not process it.  What is the lat / long of your location so I can test it?

  well, it was somewhere in New York.

  This is the lattitude & longitude I used.
  
  I was able to generate a terrain for it.
  
  But the roads, buildings and other categories, didn't work.
