Quantifier and Medeek BIM Tools

I saw a video tutorial by Justin and he uses Medeek Truss with Quantifier and it seems to work well. But, I believe that Medeek Wall builds it's assemblies using groups, not components, and like each stud is unique (stud01, stud02, etc.) I have not looked at how Foundation or Electrical plugins build the model.

I would like to know if there is anyone with experience using these tools together and how to make Quantifier work with the Medeek toolset.
