Place maker doesn't run

I installed the add-in, I can set a location, but with any other functions i get this massage attached,. I contacted tech support (Brian responded that I should install the add in with "run as administrator"  but  don't get that option when i right click.  I uninstalled and reinstalled but no progress. Any help will be appreciated...I run Revit  on a MAc Studio with M1 Max.

  I'm having the same problem. I haven't been able to load placemaker successfully since Revit 2022. Is there a solution to this issue?
