Gap in span profile member on curve
Assembly works well on a straight line, while on a curve a small gap between the sub assembly span profile member is introduced between main assembly components.
Overall
Gap present on radius not on straight
It does not show up on all assemblies, just some. Some full assemblies are fine.
This issue is taking this to production using quantifier pro. I will need to modify each span that is incorrect to get the correct length of the curved profiles. These shape spans will be cut sheet metal at varying lengths based on quantifier pro. Due to the offset from back of curb where the profile is generated from, the lengths of the spans will change. This will generate a lot of extra work to verify and correct before sending to production. There are many compound radius areas where this is occurring.
Also, gaps between the curbs is configured at 3/8". Although in some cases on the radius the gap fluctuates. In the case where there is a fluctuation between the curb gaps, the profile member spans on the following assembly is correct.
Would be happy to provide the assembly .skp
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ian - so sorry for this delayed reply. Your post slipped through the cracks somehow. There are a number of potential causes for the gaps. Would you be able to share that assembly and a path that causes gaps?
We don't really recommend that Quantifier be used to determine a cut-list. It is intended for estimating purposes only. Any quantities used for fabrication purposes need to be thoroughly checked.
