imagery import problem

Hello
I purchased PlaceMaker for Revit.
I used my credits and tried to import an area in Tel Aviv, Israel.
after importing the terrain, the imagery couldn't be load.
I received an error message.
Please see the attached printscreen.
also, how can I get back my credits?
