Issue validating license

1. You upgraded to Windows 11.
2. Sketchup has been executed.
3. Image number 1 is on the screen.
4. When I ran artisan2 ruby, I got image number 2.
5. After closing the window of image number 2, image number 3 came out.

How do I solve this issue?
(Can I reinstall ruby?)

I can't figure out what to do, so I'd like to ask you for your opinions.

  artisan 1 is same issue... ( artisan 1's license is permanent)

  perhaps.....reinstall sketchup??????? orz

  Try removing your Artisan license and reactivating.
