Profile Builder Material parameters

I am having a problem with how materials are applied to profiles. Would it be possible to add a level of control to set the material rotation? Even a simple check box to rotate 90 degrees?
For instance, I have several timber beams and columns in my model, all PB profiles. I have a render-ready texture that I would like to apply to the beams (horizontal) and columns (vertical) throughout my model. When I apply the material to all of the profiles, using the PB tool palette, it applies the material rotated 90 degrees from what it should be.
The material in my model is oriented vertically, so it should paint on all of the columns properly however as you can see below that isn't the case for all of the profiles.
I would need to create a new material that is rotated 90 degrees, and also create new rendering image maps that are also rotated to resolve this issue, then re-link all of the images to get the results I am after.
