Hole seems to bee unreliable

The hole tool works sometimes but other times I get this message ..(see picture). Some times I don't get the message but it still doesn't works. Then I restart and try again and then it works. It seems to be totally random when it works and when not.

  The message appears because you are trying to cut a hole in an object that was scaled using the SketchUp scale tool.  This can cause problems with the hole tool.

  For the other problems, are you seeing an error message, or simply getting unexpected results?  Can you please open the Ruby Console while using the hole tool (Extensions -> Developer -> Ruby Console or Window -> Ruby Console for old SketchUp versions) and let me know if you see any error messages?  If you see errors, please copy and paste the error in to your response.
