Placemaker imagery is not clear

I just downloaded this extension and it does not make any improvement to my imagery on my location.

Am I doing something wrong?

  Hi Lenny,

  I see you have submitted a support request for this issue and our support team is in the process of assisting you.

  I will just also add that if you are wanting to import imagery over a large area, SketchUp's built-in add-location tool will not provide a good result.  This is where PlaceMaker is especially useful because you can bring in the highest quality imagery over a massive area.  

  However, if are looking at a very small area and if you were zoomed in very close at the time you used add-location to generate the snapshot, the PlaceMaker imagery will be very similar.
