Extend tool not working with faces

When trying to create a slab (create face, activate Extend Tool, click on the face) I do not get the chance to give it thickness. It immediately wants to name the profile and then exits (face is gone)

  Just tested with SU2019.2 and PB 3.0.5 and it worked fine for me.  After clicking I can move the mouse up to give thickness prior to being prompted for a Profile name.  However, be sure to orbit your view to ensure that you are not inferencing to the ground plane (resulting in zero thickness)

  Different camera view did the trick!
