    Hi Graeme,

Thank you for your interest in Skimp!  I can see that you used Skimp on a tiny model.  It is really designed for large high-poly heavy models.  What may have happened is that Skimp had to triangulate your model in order to reduce it which can sometimes result in more faces than the original.  But it's hard to say unless you send me the model for testing.  Would you be able to send it?

Another thing to try is to make sure that the Skimp setting 'merge coplanar' faces is enabled.  That will probably result in a smaller file size for you.
