can you help me solve the problem?
the builder dialog does not appear
i waited for a while but the problem still

  Hello, that is very strange. Can you please open the Ruby Console (Extensions -> Developer -> Ruby Console) and retry opening the dialog and let me know if you see any error messages?

  Do the other DECAsteel dialogs display?  License dialog?  Floor Manager?

  the others dialogs are working sir. Only the dialog builder is having problems

  Can you please attach all of your DECAsteel log files?  See the link below for instructions.

  How to send Log files

  Also, can you please open the DECAsteel Standards dialog and let me know the directory for your profile library.
