Scaling a torus tube
Is it possible to scale the tube of a torus without adding or removing faces? If so is there a tutorial that illustrates the method, Recently purchased Artisan and just starting to learn how to use it.

Hi Barrie - not sure what you mean by adding or removing faces. Perhaps Profile Builder would do what you want. It would allow you to create a torus using the 'Building Along Path' feature and then parametrically change the dimensions of the torus profile.

I am creating a master model that that I will use to generate morph targets. One component of the model is a torus. I have since resolved the issue regarding my question about scaling a torus tube. However I would like to clarify what I mean by "without adding or removing faces" because I hope to use artisan to create morph targets. A morph target is a distorted version of the master model with geometry ( ie. number of faces etc.) identical to that of the master model. I purchased artisan because I think it has editing tools that will selectively distort geometry without adding or removing faces. I was trying to reduce the tube diameter of a torus in Artisan when I posted my question.
