Hello. 

Please, tell me how to assign different weight in layer cost dialog? As example, I make some metal framework using different profile metal tubes - HSS40X20X2, HSS 60X60X4 and etc. Each of these tube has own price per m and weight per m. With assigning prise everything is clear, just assign different prices per code HSSXXXXX. But how to assign different weight?

It's important, because I need to calculate not only price of materials, I also need to understand carrying capacity of car truck to shiping order.

  Hi Dmitriy, if the profiles have the correct cross sectional area, you can use Quantifier Pro to calculate the volume of the objects an assign the weight (of the steel / metal layer) based on the density of steel which is about 8000 kg / m3.  If the area of the profile is accurate, the weight calculation should also be very accurate.
