NearMap called and explained that PlaceMaker will not work as advertised. The expensive credits are not to pay for 3D mesh textures, but for the "request". You pay for the mesh after you pay for the request, on a subscription basis, not by the project that is needed.
I am a graduate student in a studio that needed one project, not an expensive annual subscription that is going to only supply blurry images multiple days after you pay to request information that is on OpenStreetMaps.
Support does not list a telephone number to contact for a refund. Please provide a contact number for refund.
