I cannot download the Placemaker Sketchup plugin.

Hello, I am having trouble downloading the Placemaker Sketchup plugin. I am running Windows 10 Pro v 21H1. As per the e-mail I received from you guys, I select the link "https://suplacemaker.com/download-placemaker/". On this page, I then select the link "download Sketchup Placemaker plugin RBZ". This next takes me to an error page...

- In Chrome and also in Brave:

This site can’t be reached
mindsightstudios.com refused to connect.

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

- In MS Edge:

Hmmm… can't reach this page
mindsightstudios.com refused to connect.

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

So I then turned off my VPN, tried it again.

I checked my MS Defender Firewall and mindsightstudios is nowhere in there.

So I then turned off my firewall and tried again, still no luck.

Could you please help me, I can browse your websites, but cannot download the plugin.

Maybe I am still doing something wrong (I do not think so).

  Thank you for the report.  We are investigating immediately.  Are you able to browse our main site at https://mindsightstudios.com ?

  Hi, thank you for your quick response. When I select "https://mindsightstudios.com" I am sent to the same error page.

  I just noticed something, when I click on the link you gave me, you would expect to be sent to "https://mindsightstudios.com". I get sent to an error page. If I check the address bar in my browser (Chrome) it shows the following address: "https://mindsightstudios.com/?_ga=2.121828491.1677556694.1631984972-1197736861.1631828890" If I put my cursor over the link you gave me, it shows "https://mindsightstudios.com".
  My link (which was copied/pasted from your email) in my previous post, shows "https://mindsightstudios.com/?_ga=2.121828491.1677556694.1631984972-1197736861.1631828890". I hope this helps.

  Thanks Steve - but the stuff after the '?' would not affect anything. 

  I'm going to open a ticket for this issue.  Let's continue via email.  :)
