In SketchUp, Placemaker is showing an error where the terrain is not being created completely, with many empty cells. Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you!

  Hello - thank you for reporting this. Are you trying to import Cesium terrain, Google 3D, or something else?  Your post mentions terrain but it looks like you might actually be importing Google 3D.  Can you also let me know the exact location (lat / lng) of this import?  Thanks

  I am having this same issue. It has occurred on the last 4 imports I have attempted, all in geographically unique areas, inside the United States in populated areas that should have plenty of data. All quality settings were tried with the same tiles being unpopulated. I am using the Google 3D import. This never used to happen but recently something must have changed as it happens everytime now.

  We believe we have fixed this issue as of version 3.3.6. Please update to the latest version and let me know if that helps.
