Hi Jack - can you post an image of what you are trying to create?  Maybe I can share some tips then.

Hi Dale- I have been able to create the assembly, but I am running into some issues with the component placement (the teeth on the molding) along the span. I have included a few images of the current assembly and some examples of the issues I'm running into.

    1. It has a different offset distance from the beginning of the assembly span than it does the end of the span, even though in the Assembly Dialog they are set at equal distances.

    2. The components don't rotate with the profile when I am drawing it along a vertical angle. I am specifically trying to draw a pediment with dentil molding.

Any tips or tricks would be appreciated, thanks!!

Here are some tips that should help you:

    1. For the teeth, ensure that the axes of the teeth component is at the center.  That should fix your offset problem.
    2. Also uncheck the setting for 'stay vertical' so that the component orientation will follow the slope.
