Topography lines odd result

Hi we recently purchased placemaker and use it on our project, it did create the 3d for topography but the contour lines looks odd and didn't match the 3d

  Have you tried other locations?  Maybe there was an issue with the Terrain data at this particular location.  Or maybe the toposurface was modified or rotated?
