Hole tool making unvanted duplicates in assembly.

Hi. Im new to profile builder. Why does the hole tool make a duplicate of the hole on the opposing wall? How do I avoid this?

  It is cutting through the entire assembly object.  To change this, you need to set the depth of the hole.
