Creating Slab

Hello,

 

I would like to know if it'spossible to create multi layered surfaces.

 

I would like to create a slab.

 

Do you know a tutorial for this ?

  There is no tutorial I am aware of.  However, to create a slab, I often will draw the slab shape on the ground plane and use the Extend tool to extrude the face into a Profile Member.
