I got this dialog. "Sorry Quantifier Pro requires you to have internet Explorer 9.0 or greater installed. You currently have version 7." Actually my pc install IE11 and then how can I solve this issue? Please advise.

  You might have Compatibility Mode enabled in IE11.  Please see this article for how to disable it:

  Also, please try the steps in this article to ensure that IE 11 is installed and is setup correctly.
