Transfer License (No access to other computer)

My hard drive in my old computer crashed, so I replaced it and upgraded to Windows 10. When I went to activate my profile builder 3 and quantifier pro, it said to remove activation from other computer then try again. I would gladly do that, but it doesn't exist any more. I'm trying to find a way to manage license activations without physically loading that OS up. Any way to do this?
