Do I have to build a different smart wall for every height?

Everytime I use the height in the assembly box my 2x4 studs turn sideways

and top and bottom plates change size my 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" > 2 11/16" x 3 1/2"

I Have profiles, components and spans in it
