hello, I'm trying to test skimp (trial version).I have successfully installed the plugin but it doesn' work. I can not add a license that I get on an email (for 5 days). There is no plug-in icon anywhere, not even in extensions. Also log error pop up when starting. I have sketchup 2020.

 

How can I fix this?

  The solution for alex was that he had anti-virus software (BitDefender) that was interfering with our software.
