Profile Builder won't load profiles

Hi,

I'm using Profile Builder 2 with SketchUp 2020.

Profile Builder doesn't allow me to select any profile inside the Profile Browser.

All the profiles are seen, but clicking on them does not load them in order for me to use them.

Please help!

  Hello DeWet - can you please try again with the Ruby Console window open (Window->Ruby Console) and if you see errors, please send me the complete error output.  Thanks!

  Hi Dale, thanks for the reply. Rudy shows no errors. It appears that my cursor doesn't change to a hand (according to the videos I've seen) when opening the Profile Browser. Therefor, I cannot pick /select any profile.
  Any suggestions

  Hi Dale,

  Version 3 works fine. The hand-icon appears as soon as I open the Profile Browser, but not with version 2.

  Any suggestions?

  We are not supporting version 2 anymore so you would need to update to version 3.  I will send you instructions for how to update by email.  We will provide you a special offer.

  Out of curiosity, are you able to select the assemblies in the bottom row of the assembly browser using version 2?

  Thanks for the great support! You guys rock! Wow!

  Version 2 shows no assemblies. I created an assembly, but the same as with profile browser, no hand-cursor to pick an assembly.
