Error in volume calculations

I have these 2 instances of the same component, yet the Quantifier dialog shows a different volume calculation for each of them. If I copy it a third time, it will also calculate a different volume (volume increases with each copy).

Additionally, if I break down the component into it's basic shapes and add each individual volume, it again throws a different figure, this time much smaller.

Am I doing something wrong? Has anybody encountered this issue before?

  Accurate volume calculations require proper face orientation and solid objects.  Your screenshots appear to indicate that faces are reversed on your objects.  If you fix your face orientation and ensure the objects are solids, then the volume calculation should be accurate.
