Cost data import error: Unable to import sheet. Ensure that the sheet is valid.

Hi,

I have trouble with importing cost data from existing excel file. Everytime i try to import data, i get this error mesage: "Unable to import sheet. Ensure that the sheet is valid." I tried using diferent .xlsx files exported from diferent models.

Even if I create a new simple model with just one object set on the only layer and asign the cost data to it, than i export to .xlsx a import it back without any changes, still i get the error - thats why i believe, that the mistake is not in the .xlsx file.

 

Any ideas, how to make this work?

  This sounds like a bug.  I will need to see your xlsx file for testing.  (I have also replied via our support ticket system)

  I got the same problem tried to create a new file and import but the message keep been the same. If anyone have the answer many thanks.

  I also had the same problem.
  I thought the cause could be the filename with accented characters. In my case, as I use the Portuguese language, Quantifier Pro automatically generates a file name that has ç e ã.
  I removed these characters from the file name and the system started to work normally.

  We fixed this issue in version 1.2.2.  Please update your version of Quantifier Pro if you are experiencing this problem.

  My version is 1.2.2. 

  I tried again. If the filename has accented characters the error message appear.

  I made the sequence and put it in the attached file. I hope it helps.

  I have the same problem, cannot import excel into sketchup with the same error message. I use the most recent version of quantifier.

  I changed special spanish caracters but this does not make any difference

  Hi Lucas - I think we have fixed this bug in version 1.2.3.  Please update your version of Quantifier Pro.
