cutting groups within nested groups double cut fails

I am having an issue with double cut. it seems to have issues cutting groups that are inside a nested groups. Here is the scenario,

I have a 4 story building that is organized into levels. Level 1 is a group, with a floor and walls Level 2 is a group with floor and walls and so on.
i am able to go in to each group level and create windows using double cut on the walls for each level. The walls are groups created with Profile Builder 4.
If I close the file and come back, some of the double cut windows reset to an un-cut state. i try refreshing them and glueing them but they wont cut.
The only fix is to re-insert the same component from the components tray.

Is this a known issue ?

Thank you for providing the file. We have verified the issue with some components not working as expected with Double-Cut (current version 2.0.1). This will be reviewed and a solution implemented during the next update.

If you or anyone else has the same issue again and can provide more details in regards to how these components become 'broken' that would be appreciated.
