Subtracting a profile from a solid

I've just come back to Sketchup after a while so I'm a little rusty.

I'm playing around with the Profile Builder 3 extension and its great!

I'm wondering how I can take a profile and subtract it from a solid, so that the profile is cut out of the solid.

This might be really simple but as I said I'm a bit rusty, so any advice would be much appreciated.

  Try the hole tool in PB3!  You can use a custom profile to cut through a solid object.
