I Can't load any profiles, profile members or components using span.

Span was working a couple of days ago and now it won't.  I click + to add, name it, pick from model, click on profile member that shows in blue with a green check mark, but thats it, it does not show in the window nor if I update the assembly.  Help would be greatly appriciated.  I have tried uninstalling and re-installing profile builder, re-starting my system, etc.

  Hello Darin - thank you for the report.  Can you please try again with the Ruby Console open and let me know if you see errors.

  (Extensions -> Developer -> Ruby Console or Window -> Ruby Console for old SketchUp versions)

  If you see errors, please copy and paste the error in to your response.

  I opened the Ruby Console and tried to place three profiles in spans.  Two from picking Profile Members and one from a straight profile and still nothing with no errors in Ruby Console.  This is wierd.  I see nothing in the small window and still nothing if I update the assembly yet it says there are three profiles there in

  Sorry for the delayed reply....somehow I missed this.  Perhaps the profile member was on a hidden tag?  Did you ever figure out the cause of this problem?
