PlaceMaker has worldwide coverage of terrain, aerial imagery (via Mapbox) and roads.  Coverage for other data such as 3D buildings can vary depending on your location.  Also, some imagery providers such as Nearmap and Hexagon only have coverage in certain parts of the world.
