What are PlaceMaker Credits and how do I get them?

PlaceMaker Credits are the in-app currency used to import the various types of data. This is how it works:

• While previewing data, PlaceMaker will tell you how many credits are required to import it.
• If you purchase a SUBSCRIPTION, your credits go further as all data is discounted or FREE.
• Your credits never expire.
• If you purchase a subscription, your credits will automatically transfer to it.
• For subscribers with multiple seats, credit pools can be shared with team members.
• The same credits can be used across all PlaceMaker platforms. Use the same credits to import data using SketchUp, Revit, or the Web!

If you have a PlaceMaker Pay-As-You-Go license, credits are required for every import.  However, PlaceMaker subscribers can enjoy free OSM imports and discounted imports from other sources.

PlaceMaker Credits must be purchased from the PlaceMaker Dashboard.  You need to have a PlaceMaker account and be logged-in to purchase credits.
