Cannot purchase licenses.

I registered to purchase licenses for Artisan, Bevel, but after filling in the payment information, the website says "This transaction cannot be processed," even though I have checked multiple times and all my card information is correct. I need assistance. I registered to pay with a Visa card.

  Thank you for contacting us about this.  Some other people have also had problems lately purchasing. Can you try another card or try using a Paypal account instead?
