If you receive an error when trying to complete payment please check the following:
- Ensure you have sufficient funds available on the card.
- Ensure you are using either Visa or Mastercard. We can only accept AMEX from Canadian customers since we are a Canadian company.
- Ensure your billing name, address, and postal code matches the name and address for the credit card.
If you are still unable to make payment:
- Try using a different credit card.
- Try using a different device (computer, phone, tablet).
If you continue to receive errors, most likely your card issuer is blocking the transaction for some reason. They may have incorrectly flagged the transaction as suspicious activity. In this case, you will need to contact your card issuer and ask them why they are blocking the transaction and if they can unblock it.
