Should I download my plugin from the Extension Warehouse or your Website?

You can choose to download our plugins from the Extension Warehouse or from the product websites listed at the bottom of this page (in the footer).  The same version is available on both sites.

We have our SketchUp plugins listed on the Extension Warehouse to make it easy for our users to discover, download, install, and update their plugins.  One advantage of using the Extension Warehouse to install our plugins is that you will get a notification from SketchUp at the bottom of the screen whenever the plugin is updated.

Another nice feature of using the Extension Warehouse is that the plugin thumbnail image (logo) will be displayed in the Extension Manager
