This issue is more common for the Double-Cut and BoolTools extensions.
If your License Manager window looks something like this:
Try performing the following steps:
- Navigate to the location of the License file. On Windows, the location is C:\ProgramData\PRODUCTNAME (eg. C:\ProgramData\DoubleCut). On Mac, the location is: “/Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/PRODUCTNAME
- Delete any existing .lic file(s)
- Restart SketchUp
This usually solves the problem.
