Batch Save

This feature lets you save the selected components as a specific SketchUp version.

If you have no components selected, the active model will be saved.

Saving Selected Components

First, select the components in the model that you wish to save.

Click the 'Batch Save' button in the toolbar to select the version of SketchUp to save the components as.

Next, you will prompted to choose the location on your computer to save the components.

Select a folder on your computer and the components will be saved there. In the example below, the three selected doors were saved to the folder 'Doors SU2013'.

Saving the Active Model

If you do not preselect any components prior to activating the Batch Save command, the currently opened model will be saved to the selected location.
