Select and move entities inside nested objects. The tool will operate on the active editing context as well as any objects nested within the active context.
Be careful when using this tool at 'model level' as you might select and transform entities accidentally. Also, the tool may perform slowly when used at 'model level' if used within a complex model.
You may wish to create a temporary group containing the items you want to stretch and then double-click that group prior to using the tool. That way, there is less risk stretching entities by mistake.
Tool Operation
- Click and drag to window-select entities to stretch.
- Click the first reference point for the stretch.
- Click the target point to set the stretch direction and distance.
- (Optional) Key-in a distance during or after a stretch.
