If you have a license key (and have previously activated your PlaceMaker license), a PlaceMaker v4 user account and license has already been created for you automatically.
All you need to do in order to use your PlaceMaker license is to set a password for your account. Or, you can login using your Google or Apple account, as long the email address matches your PlaceMaker license email.
When filling out the form shown above, you must enter the same email address that is linked to your PlaceMaker license key. If it says 'Email not found', that means that you probably entered the wrong email address.
If you still have an older version of PlaceMaker installed, you can check the email that is associated with your PlaceMaker license by using the License Manager dialog. Or, you can search your inbox for an email with the subject 'PlaceMaker license information'.
Once you set your password, you should be able to login and use PlaceMaker version 4!
Please Note: The password reset instructions might go to your spam / junk folder. Please check and be sure to mark 'not spam' on the email to ensure future user account messages from PlaceMaker will be received.
