To share PlaceMaker licenses, you must have a PlaceMaker subscription with available seats.
Pay-As-You-Go licenses can not be shared.
Each PlaceMaker user account is permitted to administer one PlaceMaker license only. If the license you own / administer has multiple seats you can share it with others on your team:
Login to the PlaceMaker dashboard and click the License Management tab.
Here you can see how many seats are available and invite other users to share your PlaceMaker license by entering their email address and sending them invitations.
If they accept the invitation email, they will be added as a shared user to your license.
You can revoke their shared license at any time by 'deleting' someone from the list of 'Current Users'.
Note: Shared users must also create a PlaceMaker user account. A user can share a team license but also be the owner / administrator of another license. A shared user can revoke their own shared license and revert back to using their own license at any time.
