If you had multiple PlaceMaker seats OR seats for both SketchUp PlaceMaker and PlaceMaker for Revit, your licenses have now all been merged together according to the following:
- If you had PlaceMaker credits for both SketchUp and Revit, the total number of remaining credits was combined into your v4 license.
- If you had multiple licenses (seats) for PlaceMaker, the total of number of seats your purchased was combined into your v4 license.
- If you had multiple active (not expired) subscription licenses for PlaceMaker with different expiry dates, they were combined into one license using the latest expiry date.
- If you had a Pay-As-You-Go license for SketchUp, but a subscription license for Revit (or vice versa), your Pay-As-You-Go license is no longer available, but any remaining credits you had for your Pay-As-You-Go license were transferred to your subscription license.
- If you had an expired subscription license for SketchUp, but an active license for Revit (or vice versa), your expired license is no longer available, but any remaining credits you had for your expired license were transferred to your subscription license.
We have maintained a backup database of your old PlaceMaker licenses for reference. If you are concerned that you have lost credits or licenses due to the version 4 migration process, please let us know by creating a support request ticket.
