Some companies have more aggressive spam protection systems which may block PlaceMaker emails because we are now using a newer domain and are incorrectly flagged as a spam risk. Once our domain reputation increases over time, this blocking should no longer occur.
To resolve this:
- Try contacting the IT personnel for company and ask if emails from our domain are being blocked before they even reach your spam folder.
- Ask your IT personnel to whitelist our domain placemakerdata.com and sending IP address 209.140.20.9
- If that doesn't work, we can change your PlaceMaker email to a non-company domain such as gmail. Gmail users are receiving our emails without any problems. Please submit a request if you would like your PlaceMaker email changed.
